Both guys are 5 star and 4 potential. One is a sg and the other is SF so idk what do. The SF is the A- and sf's are harder to find IMO

The problem with draftees listed as SF is that they can often have high salary because they have high JS and RB. That means it's possible that they have a hole in their OD, which can be killer for a future PG/SG/SF .

An high salary SG will typically have good JR and OR, which in my opinion are more valuable, considering they are single position training weeks.

Well... after hearing his story... makes me wonder how often the A+ vs A- when both are 5/5, whom has the better potential, or has skills more rounded/workable initially...

Tough spot because it planted a seed of doubt.

Grade ratings say a lot about player's starting skills through provisional salary. So A+ will always be better then A- (assuming they have the same potential) solely because you'll maybe need half of season of training (or more) to get the A- guy to acceptable levels of starting skills - to A+. :) With A+ you get that at the beginning of the season.

From my experience, A+ players have at least mediocre in primary skills for designated position. And beware of 218 cm tall PGs or 185 cm tall Cs :)

5/4 SG A+
5/4 SF A-

Right now I would choose SG A+. How old and tall are they?

PS SF means that player will have more rounded skills but that position can change quickly if trained. That's why I'm asking for height.

Well the sg is 6'3 and the SF is 6'8. So it seems that the SF could start with bad outside defense so I do think the shooting guard will be the superior prospect

That's true, you can certainly get lucky and get a nice, well rounded draftee who just happens to have slightly more salary at SF than any other position.

As with many parts of the draft, you gotta be lucky

Also i was lucky to get him as my first priority at 16th pick:D but all in all im unlucky, ona be my 5th draft soon, and never ever seen mvp in draft:( spending 560k each year and keep getting perenial superstars and one superstar all the time... hopping for atleast mvp this time, but so far got 8 18 year olds unscouted remaining and havent scouted anyone yet worth attention, best was like 5/2 balls potencial lol. i am afraid this year there even wont be lvl 4 potencial guys out there

Seems like ill be building team around that sf iv drafted last draft. training 2-3 seazons guard skills then gona jump to inside ones. potencial is very low so dont wana to cap him at like 70 skillpoints, i wana cap at like 100:D
