I think his original point was you said you were +1ing the original people who helped you out, but none of those posts received a +1. (Personally, I don't care. Forum balls are pretty pointless, imo.)

As for the question about creating a player ad, go to the "Community" page. "New Ad" will be the last option on the dropdown box at the top of the page.

Question then.. If you were to bbmail everyone in your league before the season began and tell them all to buy a player with a salary of over 200k (About an additional 1 mil if you can get 5 people to do this) and then we all fired them after the TV contract was set, would the salary increase a ton for the league overview?

well since it's only 1-2% of total salaries I think do the math... 1% of 1mill is 10k-20k right? Multiply it by 12 weeks? That's an extra 220-240k. So you are saying the tv contract will go up by that amount.

The problem is the tv contract is set at the same time you pay your salaries so you lose out on the initial 200k. Then, since the age of your 200k guys just increased by 1 they are worth less, and you also have to factor in the potential loss.
