Just in case anyone is interested - I left my guys sitting at 50-60 minutes for the week and trained game shape and got really good results. One guy got two pops and the other only got one but was at a pretty high sub-level based on DMI - so was happy with my decision.

I ended up doing the same thing, and netted the same basic result. How are you looking against Hadders now?

Yeah Hadder's got beat in the first round...you might mean Sid Vicious's club hopelessly addicted. Fortunately for me, one of his starters got injured in the last game for 1 week so I actually do stand a chance against him. I think if he had his full team for all 3 finals matches he would have beaten me (he had HCA and more enth) and he still might...

So I think I might be now a 50-50 chance to win through..which would be nice :)

You are right, my mistake, I meant HA.

He will be soooo pissed if he doesn't win through to the ABBL... and we will no doubt hear all about it in the Aussie Forums till the cows come home.

Good luck, should be a good series to watch then.
