Yeah I looked him up. Actually I mixed up JR and IS but's about the same, 3 JS pops and 1 IS pop is achievable. If you're lucky you might get 1 extra on both if he has very high sublevels. I don't know if you want to be training JS forwards for 3 seasons though.

The real problem is not having a low salary as you said correctly, but find them on the TL. I saw a 29yo and a 27yo on the TL with an high price, they also made a lot of fouls...
I'm going to build similar players on utopia with my first team at the moment I didn't see any young player good enough to be trained, hope in the draft...
