I feel as the same way we can edit our draftees faces in the off season, it would be a great addition to do that to our players also, look at all the crazy names these players have now. I mean foreign countries is different but these other names can and should be changeable since we have full control of our team.
But in reality, I didnt see any club owner/manager to ask players to undergo plastic surgeries ... did Phil Jackson ask Kobe / Shaq to change their face? Or did Cuban ask Dirk to change his name?
However, I like the concept that we can manage the players at certain extent, such as ask them to participate the local charity event or promote basketball games in the schools nearby. Sometimes, I hope my players to sing songs in the church / hospital at X'mas eve night.
