Game reports that you get after the game is finished? No.

It's easily possible to create own game viewer in any technology you want, that has all (and even more) features of flash viewer, and yes, that includes live games too. The only thing that this gives advantage over others, is that you have access to play by play (without supporter). You can't cheat it, you don't get more things then flash viewer gives you, and you can't look score far ahead during live game (maybe few possessions only).

You don't understand how game viewer works and thus you overreact. I'm not going to explain how all this works, because I already broke rules by looking into it. I already said, that the only advantage own game viewer has, is access to play-by-play. To write own game viewer, you don't need flash viewer, it's not an additional layer, it works exactly the same as flash viewer.

Marin said that the rewritting game viewer needs a lot resources, and that is true. Or you are thinking about his answer to mobile app? Mobile app = game viewer + read/write access to your data. I can only make game viewer, so he's right here too.

Currently that data is available even if you are not logged into BB.

Given browsers are now dropping flash support, I would hope a replacement for flash is moving up the priority list, otherwise one day the game could get caught out by delaying this update for too long

it's being dropped because flash is horrible in terms of security and performance. It was only meant to be something to make a part of a website look pretty, not be used to drive entire websites or build apps. Firefox and one other main browser are dropping support for it, Adobe no longer is supporting flash itself, so it's only a matter of time (but nobody knows for sure how long) before the others follow suit and people will have to use an old browser to view games.
