Inferior builds? A similar (but worse, only 118 tsp) build to the ones that I mentioned played 44min at the last bbb final, and won.
I agree that most of them are not worthy of a NT, I already said that you shouldn't expect to train a NT player with lvl 4 trainer, even though it's possible for most nations.

NT builds should have 140 TSP and/or salary over 200k.

I completely agree with the salary part, but that's a different topic.
Not all NT players have 140+ tsp. Serbia won the last EC and the average tsp of our current 15 players is 133-134. In the final against Finland (33956) our centers had 123 & 118 tsp.

My current trainee (134tsp): (26562677) will have between 135-138 tsp (I'll train him next season too)

This guy is a perfect example why the current training speed it too slow - dude can't reach his potential until his 30ies. Thats like 2,5 years of training only to use the guy in his prime for one season before his decline starts.

Here is the thing though, 110 TSP will fit on a star if you know what you are doing. I am suggesting around allstar (the original cap for ALL players in BB during original design) to P.allstar. I would be OK with even letting the lowst division having superstar and just restricting MVP and up to the higher divisions.

Absolutely, and of course if you can build a good player cheaply, that leaves more money to invest in the arena (or wherever else you prefer to allocate your dollars).

I've seen managers (farms) that train their players even when they are 31-32yo, sometimes even 33.
For me, the problem is not that players reach their potential in their 30ies, the problem is, especially for SF's, that they'll only play 1-2 seasons on their natural position, before starting to decline. The rest of their career, they are usually playing either on C or PG, which is totally ridiculous comparing to real life.

Start limiting the level of lower league teams players potential and their trainer levels and watch them leave the game in droves.

Also, so many people are unhappy with the lack of quality players on the market but all these suggestions would crush the market even further, with far fewer good players being produced.

Farmers would probably leave the game. There is no reason for the rest of us to leave.

It's a misconception that lower league teams need a lvl 6-7 trainer. I never used lvl 6 until I was in DI, and never used lvl 5 until I was in D2.

They are too expensive for lower league teams, and have high salary.

It would certainly mean less world-class 140+ tsp players on the market, which would mean that D1/BBB teams would actually have to train their own world-class players, and not wait for the farm teams to train for them.
And it would increase the number of 110-130 tsp players, which would help D2 & D3 teams.

I am in England D3 and I have a very affordable level 6 trainer. I also have 3 English trainees with HoF, MVP and Superstar potential. They will all play u21 and could possibly play NT later on.

I'm only playing the game to train and if i promote by training a good team, then great. What you are all saying is that managers like me should pay a massive potential/training penalty for being in a lower division.

ALso given that higher potential players are worth more, if you restrict them to top divisions it will only make it harder for lower league teams to make it to the top.
