I get it. But I am not here suggesting a revolution. Just think the main point is the player having to play 48 minutes in a position to be able to have an effective workout. This is indeed a burden for those who train.

A player has to play 48 minutes to get the maximum training. He doesn't have to play 48 to get effective training. Getting optimal training for all players (3 or 6 depending on whether training single or double position) is something that really isn't supposed to be accomplished each week, if at all. If you focus on only getting 2 (single position) or 4/5 (double position) players maximum training, training really isn't as burdensome as many make it out to be.

This is true. I just hate the fact it takes a thousand days to mature a batch of 18 year olds. Its tough to pull the trigger on a three year commitment.

I agree entirely. I would like to see training times sped up in general and rebalanced in specific cases. For example, 1v1 gives more of a skill boost for a single player than JR does, and then also trains twice as many players? It's no wonder that JR training is pretty much ignored for most players.

I understand your point. But I think your suggestion would change the dna of training, and I don't think it's a good idea.

instead why not have an assistant trainer spot. Where you can hire an assistant trainer that can be set to a different training than what main trainer is doing. But assistant trainer only trains at 5-25% of head trainers level. Depending on lvl of assistant trainer and level of head trainer.

Good to know everyone's opinion in general .. each has a opnion on the subject. And I think that's the most important.
The idea that I had, which can be adjusted .. is only one of several we can offer. I think increasingly we reach a consensus on a much larger scope, we can achieve the BBs and developers ...

I will return to the main point .. I've had several complaints, mainly coaches who like to train young people for themselves and for NT, which are discouraging in the game because they can not be competitive and train your players at once. And there's no denying that this is really complicated to do at the same time ..

The question is simple, it is not possible to be competitive and at the same time train players in a total level if you 're playing in the major league of the country. In the minor leagues , you can set up . So they have no way in the first division , or you play to win or make the tank to train players and win money. This ends up causing a lack of competitiveness , followed by the unwillingness to play and after the withdrawal of the game. See the fall of users in Brazil server . This is sad , this is the point.

Friend, I respect your opinion. But for you is easy, therefore, is in League III training two young for your NT, and this not focused on competing with your team in the major leagues ... In this case, it is much easier to find that a change in training, isn't a good idea.
