Not really looking for numbers and all that people.

Asking a question here that's meant to be fun.
What kind of teams do you prefer to build?

A question for fun? But BB is serious business, not a game like... oh. )

Usually, I want to find something that people believe can't be successful, but sounds like it might be fun, and then build around that as effectively as possible and see how far I can push it while still attempting to manage it like a real basketball team as much as possible (no daytrading, focusing on developing as many of the players through training as possible, trying to keep a core and then adding pieces around it as I move up (or down), etc).

Thankfully, right now and for pretty much most of the time I've been here, the inside offense has been far and away the most popular template for team building, which means that finding something *not* popular has been pretty easy. Even with a Utopia team now, I can try two different concepts, and then in about nine seasons or so I'll be able to evaluate just how well or poorly I've done. But I'm definitely enjoying it, and really that's what matters in the end.

I want all my players to be balanced offensively/defensive, but I want difference in scoring or passing. So everyone needs to defend, and then either have high passing or high scoring. I don't want defensive specialists without passing otherwise they are a liability on offense. So my preference is a passing guard and C and offensive SG/Forwards:

PG: Chris Paul/Rajon Rondo (doesn't need to score as much so maybe a little towards Steve Nash but with more defense)
SG: Klay Thompson
SF: Kawhi Leonard
PF: Anthony Davis
C: Joakim Noah/Draymond Green (great passer and defender)

Of course everyone wants the do-it-alls like Lebron, but this is my more realistic take on team builds that I think works in BB too. In BB my guards would be more balanced (combo guards like Lowry/Bledsoe) to make them more salary efficient.

Guards who can pass and score inside off the dribble...bigs who protect the rim and hit jumpers...with everyone contributing on rebounds...

In BB I like individual players to be reasonably balanced on offense and defence. I don't mind if their individual leanings but everyone is required to have at least respectable in passing and I want the PG and SG to be as brilliant at passing as possible. I also prefer to have at least two very capable defenders, one for outside defence and the other for inside.
