User numbers are pretty steady. I think many are training...
I think the issue is training system.
It's garbage...you take 6 seasons to make 2 or 3 top level players but you need about 8 and then when these guys get older they just fade away anyway...

You can train about 9 players if you do like 18-24, then start a new group keeping the old one and the do that twice then you'd have
3 trainees
3 24-30
3 31-37ish....

By the time you start the 4th batch of guys though you are looking at your first batch being around 37 and going on useless very soon with most of the season salary well beyond skills after the early drops hurt them....

ANd that all 3 in a group are playing same position...
And only training to 24 is not that high a level of player....

Crap design for a game. Crap.

I don't think we have a 5 ball potential among the 18yo, but I haven't scouted them all.

I got a decent bunch of 19-year olds even though I spent 0$ for the draft.

How was your draft TrainerMan? I got one scrub who will be a foreseeable backup if my team continues to improve that I could keep. I think he is the accepted rule of thumb to my criteria of 3500 plus "3543" salary height is above 6'5 "6'11". He is also a player who could probably produce double-doubles in the future as the accepted rule of 60 below "55" which I have had players who I had to take a loss on who produced double doubles..

Basically, I saved my money on getting a scrub 18 year old which will be perfect for my training regime of the future. The price for 18 year old's is insanely over price. I am training forwards in 2 seasons. He ain't playing at all to keep his price at $43 due to inflation.

Scotland had a terrible draft.

Only 5 players above perennial all-star and 3 of them went to bot teams!!

How can a National team build with that
