Hi.
I don't have such problem at all.
Even 9 players work good if you:
1) strictly follow depth chart;
2) put all your four players to different positions to Backups or reservs.

It means that all 4 nontrained players have it's own backup and only one wihtout.
It's a key.

I know all of that, and it still doesn't work...

example 1

game (94795538)

trainee Ivan Šupić on PG position, 47'

lineup: (http://pokit.org/get/?0ebd5fe517c452da608c7019e899ed91.jp...)

only 9 players in game roster, but game was a blowout.
in last q only reserves played, and in last minute, coach start to random sub trainee with other outside players (SG/SF)

example 2

game (95704207)

trainee Bošnjak on PG postion, 46'

this time only 7 players in roster, but again blowout, and same random subs in last 2 minutes...

example 3 and 4

games (94795556) (94795563)

close games and no problems, trainees Šupić and Ćivić played whole +48' on PG position.

What irritates me is that full training is supposed to be 48 minutes. If my player plays a full game start to finish he gets 48 minutes. That is not 47 minutes and some seconds, that is 48 minutes. He should receive full training for playing one full game. There should not be a 48+ meaning that I have to somehow get him to play a few seconds on another game to receive full training.

You are wrong in your assessment. If a player plays start to finish ini a game that is 48+ for full training. If training indicates 48 minutes that means he in fact only played 47 minutes and some seconds and was subbed out at some point during the game.

Hmm, I had a close game on Saturday, but my trainies got 48 mins, not 48+, the coach put them out at the end.

28 sec before the end of the match he kick them out with some random substitutions. They have nice stamina.. coaches make sometimes crazy decisions in last minutes, or more often in the last one minute of the game..

This is where we hold them!

How am I wrong? I've never seen this mysterious + sign. I've played a 5 man lineup with nobody else and Stricly follow depth and my guys only show 48 mins on the weekly stats. And I watched these games and the 5 players were never subbed. They played start to finish and only got 48 minutes. No plus sign to be found.

Go to the Menu and click Manage My Team, there you will see a Training window that show you trainies that played on the position you are training and their training minuters, there you will see 48+

Of course you know that in close games the situation is different. A starter (set also for back up and reserve) will never get random subbed in a close game.

In blowouts, it happens sometimes. In my experience, the primary reason for this might be stamina. If player's stamina is too low, he will occasionally (if not often) get random subbed in a blowout. I am almost sure that Bošnjak and Šupić have stamina less than 7. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

yeah, my whole team is pretty low with stamina...
but there is no time to train stamina right now, only if one of my trainee get injury...

still, I am not sure that low stamina is the only reason for random subs in last minutes...
I was u21 coach for 6 seasons, and I supervise training for many u21 players with low stamina...
if they play in lower division, or if they are the best players in a team, there is no problem to get 48+ every week, even in blowout games...
