Not one of my 13 players improved free throws after this training! If this is a bag fix it please. I've been playing for 10 years and it's really something new, I've never seen this before...

It's highly unlikely but quite possible. Also, seeing that your players had secondary pops and some drops, tells me that training was indeed run properly. FT isn't trained as quick we'd like, I know that from personal experience.
