As long as there are 7 teams in each group in Europe, it is not possible for all to play first match in the first week of Tournament... there are 6 european teams which dont play 19th march, but start 26... every country has one week without playing match

Because people read the rules, which happen to be incorrect:
Europe Schedule: There are 36 teams in BuzzerBeater Europe. The teams are drawn into six groups of six teams and play a round robin from week 2 to week 6. The top two teams will advance into two second-round groups, each group composed of teams from six different first-round groups, three of which finished atop their group. These groups play a round robin from week 7 to week 12. The winners play semifinals week 13 and finals week 14. The two finalists qualify for the World Championships. The remaining two semifinalists as well as both teams finishing third in a second-round group qualify for the Second Chance Qualifiers.
Therefore I assumed he must not be from Europe, and since I am up to my ears in scouting players, I didn't bother to check. My bad.
