Well, clearly I'm ashamen but I didn't sent correctly the line-up. I prepared the game but I didn't save it. It's a huge mistake, cause that was THE GAME and the first two games were focusing on that third.

I'm so disappointed. The auto-game was not so bad and that possibly means that we had so many chances.

However, the main goal is the next tournament, but I understand it's a huge handicap.

It is mind-blowing!

Why was Ignasi Pratdepàdua again left out?

Why is Víctor Balcells played only in one game? Dude is 23y with 62k salary. He should be priority nr one for Andorra team. If not starter, then backup for sure.

For me, the main problem seems to be- Andorra last two managers for some odd reason doesn't play best players.

Why is it like that?

What are you vision for team for next 2-4 seasons?

Sense coneixer els jugadors(ats you can use google translator) lo que si que veig és que a nivell tàctic es juga sempre a la mateixa tàctica i això ho veig un error. Crec que lo seu és partir d’un enfoc(l’interior si és lo millor que ens va) i poder jugar al mateix temps amb una equilibrada com a secundària amb jugadors exterior de perfil més anotador.

S’ha de tenir varietat tàctica per diferents motius;

-Ser imprevisible i evitar que et fiquin els enfocs correctes
- Fer dubtar al rival i que pugui cometre un error o que faci una proposta més conservadora.

A mi així vist des de fora, crec que poder aquesta temporada algo més es podria haver rascat.

Aviam si acabo de construir el pavellò(compro-venc jugadors per invertir de moment en infraestructura)i puc començar entrenar a jugadors andorrans

well, season is not over for NT. NT can play friendly matches until end of season. that is place to try different tactics and players (i would players who are on roster next season and younger one's).

Comença una temporada nova i renovem il·lusions amb les seleccions.

Aquest cop la sub 21 inicia un cicle amb jugadors entrenats pel grup de treball que tenim muntat per pujar el nivell de les seleccions, com més d'una vegada ja s'ha comentat. Aquests jugadors, complementats amb els altres que també han evolucionat, de ben segur que aportaran el seu granet de sorra. Esperem que el treball que s'ha fet, que es fa i que es farà a les properes temporades donin el fruit de guanyar partits i pujar al rànquing mundial de seleccions.

Per una altra banda, a la selecció absoluta tenim un altre "monstre" gràcies a la feina de Khabibulin, qui ha aconseguit duplicar en una sola temporada el sou de Marc Farrés (48727556), el que és directament proporcional a l'ostensible pujada de nivells a les habilitats dels jugador. També hi ha hagut molta milloria amb Xavi Escoda (49001413), també de Khabibulin. Molt bona feina!

Gràcies també a tots els mànagers per la constància i la dedicació amb els entrenaments dels jugadors andorrans, tots junts fem força!
