Yes.
It could be a seperate "game" and would not impact your team.
You could create faces from scratch. Starting with the color, then face size and type, hair, eyebrows, noes, player's name, nationality, etc.
Then you could submit them to the BB staff, and they could pick a few winners and implement them into the game itself.
You could use the game for other things as well. You could re-create real teams like Jordan's Bulls, or Bird's Celtics. Just for fun.
