If you have player old enough and he got injured, he will never heal - injury time just get longer and longer (like in Hattrick)... ;)

It's true - the older you are, the more slowly you heal.

Shouldn't 3 weeks be 3 weeks regardless though?

If the player is older then the "3 week injury" should really be listed as '8 week injury' or whatever it actually will be.
