Im thinking around two pops each maybe If your very lucky.

Based on what?

With respect if you dont have any clue about the answer please dont post. Your answer is very misleading to new BB managers.

EDIT - Just saw your latest post... (hopefully not too late for the guy who said 'thanks mate!')

I would argue that you would be better advised to look for younger trainees but if your budget is more restricted then you can easily get more than 2 pops out of a 23yo.....

It is possible to get more than 2 pops on a 23yo that has or is mighty close to his soft cap.

I guess you can look at it in a monetary way.

2 players - 20yo with 4-5 less skills may cost you the same as a 23yo with those extra skill ups. But maybe after 1.5 seasons they look the same. If you need better performance immediately then it might be more suitable to go for the slightly older player.

uuups, didn´t sleep well ;-)

I just checked my sheets, 8 Pops are pretty much what my 23 old Center will get this season (trainer lvl 4), so whats wrong with that, and why "if you don´t have any clue"?
Relax my friend, it´s a game :-)

It is just a game, so calm down bro. Lets just say we should train 18-19 yr old players its more effective in the long run.

Please dont mis interpret my enthusiasm for anger.

I would again say that your answer above is not completely accurate. I didnt choose to reply because I read the information you gave out was in my opinion wrong - I chose to reply because its frustrating to read replies that people will take for being correct from managers that just like to guess in order to appear helpful.

The tone was sufficiently strong enough to hopefully stop the Original Poster from taking your response as gospel.

Sorry that you were the one offended, i simply hope that my post was read and that decisions by those that needed help were not solely based on your response.
