Maybe it is like hattrick; the lower the experience, the slower it rises.
If I remember correctly from my HT time, over there it was the number of played games + the events in which a player was mentioned.Maybe an experienced player manages to get more involved in events, which explains an eventual faster popping...Anywayz, over here it's BB. ^^

There was also a 2/3 chance that it could happen to other players as well.
even if it totaly OT, the chanche was 1/3 and in this case he get three times of the Xp of an updatet player so the average increase was the same. OT end
Cant remember where he said it but IIRC Obertener had 4 exp and it stayed like that for a long time.
Quoting J-Dog Cant remember where he said it but IIRC Obertener had 4 exp and it stayed like that for a long time. When I examine my four year veterans and young draftees, it's clear some players do gain experience, but it's very very slow. Some I never see change. I can't see arrows near experience so often. It's more like asking how did the 23 year old get inept (4) experience while my bad quality drafteees are awful (2) at best?I've learned it's not a static character of our players. I was wrong about that. However
