Yes it does, up to poor/weak experience, the rise is slow. After that, the rate is increasing.

Doesn't seem that way to me.

My player went from strong to proficient in roughly the same time another player went from awful to inept.

If I remember correctly from my HT time, over there it was the number of played games + the events in which a player was mentioned.
Maybe an experienced player manages to get more involved in events, which explains an eventual faster popping...

Anywayz, over here it's BB. ^^

Wrong: HT experience was awarded for a game, in which the player file was updated -- which always happened in the cases with players receiving a yellow/red card, scoring a goal, or sustaining an injury. There was also a 2/3 chance that it could happen to other players as well.

A common myth was that experience was awarded to all players mentioned in the match report, which wasn't true. The number of events in which the player was involved is also not a factor.

But you're right, over here it's BB

even if it totaly OT, the chanche was 1/3 and in this case he get three times of the Xp of an updatet player so the average increase was the same. OT end

Yes, this sounds about right.

Cant remember where he said it but IIRC Obertener had 4 exp and it stayed like that for a long time.

When I examine my four year veterans and young draftees, it's clear some players do gain experience, but it's very very slow. Some I never see change. I can't see arrows near experience so often. It's more like asking how did the 23 year old get inept (4) experience while my bad quality drafteees are awful (2) at best?
I've learned it's not a static character of our players. I was wrong about that. However

i think you see never arrows by the experience ;)

Undrafted and early drafted players(believe till season 3), have random starting experience thats why it could have huge differences betwen then. Actually the starting XP depends on the player age and a random factor, so when the really old players are out of the system player XP should be fine to compare.

im not irritated, as we all know this is a forum.

a place to put all ideas and probably we can come up with a good set of solutions or answer.

i may sound hype, thats just me im emotional type of a guy. i dont care what you guys think of it or you may have a say about me i dont care and your welcome.

as long as i prove my point, and everyone else. im pouring everything i know. same as you guys you can accept some you cant accept some.

probably im not good in expressing it in words what i want to say so i keep writing but i guess some of here instead of giving a good advice or answers, tends to go to the fire squad because his either on a personal vandetta or probably just hates my guts :D

can you teach me how can i see so i can know that galvez is made with a higher exp. as i remember it his either in the awful or inept ( im sure his in the dark color )

im just stating that, from my guy i actually notice his increase to be faster when he steps up and carries my team on a really close clutch game.

peace everyone

i forgot a could in the post to you ;) I don't know it exatcly, but with player who are generated in this time could have strange value in the Xp through the highly randomized generation.

Players today, start with an XP value basing mostly on their age and a little random factor which makes it better to compare even if you don't know exatly the starting value.
