Perhaps this should go in a separate thread, but:

For example, and I can't really understand why boxscore is delayed every time. If the game player is ready 10-15 minute before game start, why boxscore isn't?

I don't think I understand what the issue is here. Which do you mean:

1) The boxscore does not appear when the game finishes, but rather 10-15 minutes after the game finishes.

(If this is what you mean, it's a bug and we'll look into it)

2) There is a 10-15 minute gap between when we lock tactics and work on processing the game and when the game starts.

(If this is what you mean, it's part of the game design, and necessary in order to allow our servers enough time to process games. If we tried to show the boxscore immediately, it would cause processing problems; in fact, your boxscores are typically stored someplace outside of the database for about an hour, and at some point while your game is being viewed, moved over to the main database).

no no what he says is since the game engine processes before the match, why boxscore doesn't appear as soon as the match ends ?

I can't speak for him, but this is certainly the case:

you saying you dont understand, made my mouth fall open HUGELY!!!! This has been going on for weeks and weeks now and has been reported on so many occasions now.

The same as standing updates for leagues used to be almost instantly. Now mostly they are hours and hours late. You didnt know this either?

The boxscore was available yesterday after the game. But several weeks if not months before (for league games, not international ones) in england it was many minutes if not hours delayed. and it has been reported many times by several people.

Maybe a lockout of 1 week during the offseason it would be a nice idea to solve the bugs instead of having continuous delays.

it seems that they are unaware off these severe delays.

that is a bigger problem in my opinion...

you cant solve something when you dont know there is a problem

I noticed taht boxscore is showing 15-20 min. after last game with additional time. boxscores of national teams are visible immediately ofter game, I think this is problem of calculation and efficiency of the serwers and databases. There is a lot of data to calculate, and this is a problem.

In Belarus it is rarely delayed, the boxscore is shown immediately after the game ands. But I saw it happening from time to time in other countries.
Here is the thread about it (198048.1).

I don't think that's very fair. Of course I care about the game, making it work, etc. Of course I want everything to run smoothly.

I see your point, and I would agree with you - yesterday. Today I was annoyed by denying that the problem exists (which was later explained as a mistake).

Now I see more explanation about what's going on, and I really feel sorry for developers - it's far from easy to find bugs in someone else's (lousy?) code. Still, I'll keep the right to decide about extending supporter package, if it's worth for me at this point or not. I have about 10 days to decide.

I agree that it would be bad if everyone stops supporting a game, but that's how things work. I too must work for free in advance and hope that someone will buy my product when it's finished. I must make it worthwhile first, and then possibly collect some money, never other way around.
