I will be training team passing this week, I hope he gets a +1. Then back to Rebounding and Inside defense.

It is very ineffective.

Besides that you are far better to focus training a few individual players rather than the entire team.

Two possibilities:

1) You do one position passing training, playing him at PG. This is still going to be a real pain, though. His height is really nice for training inside skills but will make outside skill training really slow.

2) You live with the atrocious passing.

Yeah its cause I forgot I had bought a trainee from a different Country , im not on this game 24/7 i have to actually go play basketball.

Even if he was 18, he would not be of interest to me.

This goes for everyone: please read the first post in this thread to see if a guy merits my attention. Unless your guy borders on the cut-offs, then chances are I am not interested.
