Kokio lygio trenerį patartumėte turėti? Žaidėjus treniruoju sau.
Kai tik pradėjau žaisti, kažkas patarė, kad pažengusio per akis, bet dabar gavau pastabų, kad reikėtų bent gero.
Taip pat, su kitais personalo nariais?

kuo aukstesnis tuo geriau. 4lvl pats tas, jei trenini sau. Aukstesni daugiau kainuoja, o ten tas skilu procentas naudingesnis tik tiems, kurie rinktinem treniruoja, plius trenerio alga ir t.t. Viska susumavus 4LVL pats optimaliausias variantas.
Asmeniskai as gydytojo niekad neturejes aukstesnio nei pradinis+masazo specialybe.
Vadybininkas visada turiu su populiarinimo specialybe ir patenkinamu lygiu.

Uztenka pilnai 4 levelio :))

Mono Irvis (27633375) su 4 -5 lev. uzaugintas :) ir kaip matot jauniauses NT narys :) nors vos vos i U -21 papuole

Taip kad svarbiause gerai sudelioti trefkes , minutes ............
