We can add that rules to the GDP and the smiley icons to the things you dislike added that season. And we are just January 1st. Luckily some other people seem to like those and discussion about second team for Supporter and App are under ways.

I am against the GDP since it was announced as it makes the game even more complicated and - as we see right now - almost nobody uses it anyway. The amount of time wasted for coding someting useless is mindblowing (just like the 5th place freeroll that was introduced back in the days - you had to fix that fix, and I told you from day 1). There is a long list of improvements that many people are waiting for and yet, every season we see changes nobody has asked for.

Good to see that the discussion for useful improvements are under way - took you two years to start talking about it. Follow my lead and everything will be fine.

You'd think that by now the BB staff would have learned to consult with your friend to make their decisions.

They should at least find out why new users join and leave after a few days. Thats just common sense for a company that wants to grow.

I doubt my friend would be open for a consulting position and I am pretty sure BB can't pay him anyway.

I haven used GDP not because I find it useless but because I haven't need it. But you can bet I'll use it, even as pure guessing, when confronting a mightier opponent than me. Besides, the thing behind GDP is to encourage users to be versatile and adapt to tactics, not just bulk a Center and roll over competition. So one can argue that if people are NOT using it because they basically would have to guess -since the opponent can play many differente strategies-, one can argue, I said, that it is this precisely what proves it works.

Just use it in your cup game tonight.

Offense Focus Pace

Base Offense: Normal Normal

Easy money.

If those people join and leave, this isn't the type of game for them. That doesn't mean that everyone will do that. I like the simplicity that is at lower levels and the fact that, if you want to reach the higher levels, you need to learn and think. If it was a game that was so easy that everyone could start and win straight away, without thinking, well.. I wouldn't play and I'm sure lots of others wouldn't either.

One's preferences will always be subjective.
Having said that, when there is disagreement, usually we need to establish first where it begins and whether common grounds exist.

I believe we all agree that overspending is a problem that needed addressing.
The BBs have done just that. Now its obvious that some people disagree with the action taken in order to counterattack the problem. Fair enough. But...
even if someone doesn't like the action taken, it is too early by any standards to dismiss it as useless and waste of time, without giving it some time to produce data, since the action has reason behind it.
I think that the overextension tax description is simple, but that is my subjective opinion. Since we can automatically have the tax exemption figure, just by scrolling on it, calculating the tax we will need to pay if needed, is elementary school maths and this is pretty objective.
Probably takes longer to add up a TLed player's skills, than figure out how much your OT will be.

My two cents.

Happy new year!
