To calculate the "Virtual Start of Training" the "virtual weeks of training so far" are subtracted from the current age of the player to yield the age at which the player put on his sneakers for the first time and started to train. So the idea behind this concept is that the best players in the game are better than the rest simply because they started to train at a younger age (not because they had better skills to start with). The younger this age is, the more valuable is your player, because he has the chance to be better than most other players of his age group (and height) for the rest of his career. Please note however that the tool does not consider potential.
1. line 3 - the coach's level is 5.2. line 22 - the player's passing skill is 5, his age is 19.3. line 6 - required skills(passing=6)4. Cell AD9 shows that 1 skill-up is required.5. Cell AD10 shows that 4 weeks are necessaryBut the number of required weeks is wrong. The real number should be 1-3, and the practice confirmed it. 4 weeks is too much.
If your friend puts a 0 instead of the current 1 in cell o28 on the Scout sheet, he'll see correct counts from now on. Will fix in a future release.
