sorry but a 19 years old player must have at least 10k as salary to hope a U-21 selection.

Unfortunately hell reach his potential very soon. Got a center with star potential who reached his potential at 40k salary.

yeah it indeed is very unfortunate. This is a monsterplayer at that age. to bad he can't improve his Id and Blocking skills much anymore.

looking god as well, however this one has a weakness. If opponent plays pressing it might get hurtfull, otherwise it should be okay.

I'm not sure how others think , but I'd be training this guy blocking for at least a few weeks now so that skill can catch up.

If it stays behind that much, the other skills will slow down in training as well. I'd bring it up 2 levels and then continue the other insides again...
