Shame on me i agree with that, unfortunately i was away for two days and didn't get a chance to set everything up.

Very sorry to disappoint you all, but hopefully in the near future I'll get your approval.

i really hope you'll get good results.
i've worked hard for this team, so i hope for good news.

only one thing let me disappointed in this elections, you did not post the election speech and did not take part to the discussion...
what kind of competition is this?
why don't take part to the discussion so that the irish managers could make their opinion?
i'd have appreciated more a different behaving.

It was a scrimmage fixture, so it isn't a major mess. As long as the team's together for the rest of the schedule we're OK.

...or how many people just wanted a change. ESS, Matt etc have run the team for a good few seasons now, and maybe the userbase wants a change.

So does that mean that people were not happy with their work?

It's not easy, potential young stars are controlled by bots.... not too many people train Irish players unfortunately..... even me.. I looked at my team and all i have is internationals - not a single Irish... :-/

I think that the National Team of Ireland has many old players. I believe that the NT manager should focus on young players and low the average age of the team. I agree that there are players with high salary but salary is not very important at an old age. For example one player of 30 years old that has 200.000+ salary can't play as well as a player of 25whose salary is 100.000+ .I think that all players over 30 years old should be removed. It is true that young players play better than the old

Depends on the player, if the younger player is being trained, how much experience the older player has. I think older players can be very valuable.
