Derrick Rose.
Great, you have found a SINGLE one, and let's see who he is...

He became an allstar last season (at his THIRD season on the NBA), and WILL be much more than that at the future years to come.

ok in that case, why you are claiming that first div need stronger draft. The tempo of progression, and the comparision betwen now and the future is pretty small. Shaq get better with the years, but in BB terms that probadly 5-10 skillups* through his career aadding to his starting skills. The BB Michael Jordan would beat the drafted player 12:0 in an one on one quite regulary.

So if you want reality, you probadly need to eliminate todays training. Or do you really think that the real life is even a bit comparable to the player developement and progress ghere and even try to proove this with Shaq etc?**

Allstar is also something about fame, and you ended to build this too ;)

Is it sometimes astonishing how you argue without having a clue, and go on ignorance then.

* which could be also explained by the raised experience which you couldn't train here. But it is rare that someone without a shooting touch get an dead eyed 3 point shooter the way every dead eyed three point shooter experienced.

** since it is so ridicoulous shaq made his career high rebounding and blocking average in his first season, scored pitiful 23 points in a team who wasn't yet designed to his power. And not forget beside he was so far away from the allstar level at those point, he made it into the all star team.

i think in BB we have enough talent already here, i mean finished player are nearly worth nothing so a increase in the existing talent will just raise the minimum requirement to train.

I totally agree. I am not asking for an increase in the numbers of 7k draftees or HoF potential players at all. All I am asking is that the players that you draft not constantly be $2k role players. We both know that a 19 year old $4k all star will sell after the draft for less that $10,000 but to draft someone like that is still unlikely. Even a correct height 18 year old $3.5k pallstar will probably sell after the draft for less than $20,000 but I have spent $20,000 a week since season 10 and while I have drafted some insane players to sell, I have never drafted one like that for me to train.

I have made money back on the draft selling amazing players that were not suitable for my team, but how can it be that $20,000 a week x 14 weeks x 7 seasons ($1960 spent on the draft) nearly $2,000,000 of scouting has never given me a single player drafted by my team as good as one I could pick up from the TL for $20,000?

It the beginning all players were allstar* potential. So every draft pick was good. Many of the old great drafted players still on their teams were from this time.

I am not asking for the top to be changed at all, just that it be made possible that you can train your own draft picks.

Heck, I will have first pick in the draft this season and I have scouted every single 18 year old and their is not one short one (under 6'10") with three ball skills and four ball potential or higher. The best I can hope for is grab a star potential player or draft a big man to sell yet again.

$2,000,000 to find a player worth $20,000 and still failed. The balance is wrong.

We were over this once before. You have drafted something great earlier aswell. You just have to change your training plan if you want to train your own draftee. Why is this so hard for you?
It's like drafting D.Rose and selling/trading him for S.Nash, because you want a veteran backcourt, while training Noah and Boozer.

It was proven void, as always. And as always, you could not face with that...

Like your claim about draftees that have to be signed, like your claim about the Leagues having only Veteran Teams, which was shot down by an BB immediately with stats proving the different, like your claim that there were no people playing at All Star level over the last few drafts, like... wait. Has any of your claims EVER stood valid during the last 20212312 discussions?

Shaq in his prime years was much better than his first years.
Not to mention Kobe, Nash, Nowitzki and others that you "accidentaly" forgot to mention.
Shaq is a rare case that just proves the opposite - a player who is power advantage was so big that he was very good in his first pro year.

You have mentioned Shooting and... Michael Jordan, in two different arguments.
Unluckily combining them both your arguments turn into... VOID.
Michael jordan was an atheltic player with a solid shooting at most.
In his last years he had an excelent shooting abilities.

Kid was not a good three pointer, and he his a very good one now days.

And so on...

VOID...

In reality, a more mature (on their game) players will get to the better leagues.

In reality, those players will earn much more when being at those leagues.
As we all saw, none of the NBA players earned more during the break when playing abroad.

VOID again...

And this his why you are not answering what had been proven VOID.

I will not answer you false acusations, as they just not matter to current disscussion.
This forum is for BBs to hear thoughts of imrovements and decide.
I don't care about a single (or more) user who writes with false intentions and cannot be part of human behaving disscussion.

The BB will take desicions not upon numbers or upon bad language used, and as your calims does not have any hold, I know that my desicion not to answer any of your false accusation had been the right thing to do.
