(losing team had max enthusiasm too)

Wonder how many 200 point non-OT games there have been? (games with fans excluded).

Oh & going back a BB decade, this needs to be added to team records
least field goals made in a game (team), 0 (0-89 shooting):

(i mean if "Most field goals made in a game" is a category, there should also be a least?)
And obviously a team can't make less than 0 field goals, so safe to say it was a record.

Does anyone know who is the richest manager of the BB-World? (Is there any ranglist or something else?) In Switzerland we have the one, who has already 35 Mio's BB$...Is there an other manager who is richer than the swiss manager?
