I don't know about everyone, but this draft season is a bit ridiculous.

Some 19 y old rookies are better than 18 y old trained for a whole season.
Not that it's not realistic, but it will take some getting used to.
well, not exactly. It's quite easy to get 20+ ups in a season training 1on1 with lvl 5+ trainer and possibly a youth trainer. If one starts at let's say TSP 55-60, most "crazy new 19y olds" have around 70-75 TSP. So I guess they got a good or even great trainer in some academy and have definitely a shot at making a u21 team if they continue to get trained by a good manager. In case of some korean draftees combined with some managers (you know who I mean), we could say that those 19y olds definitely are a lot better than spending a season without (or almost without) any training at this team. And then getting sold when it's way to late to save a Potential 11 player or some MVPs/ HoFers ... I kind of like those changes. But we'll see how this affects the markets and U21 NTs...
