You may say I'm a dreamer, but I just bought a 18yo draftee:

Dimitar Levterov (13534219)
Shooting Guard

Weekly salary: $ 4 541

DMI: 16500
Age: 18
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: respectable ↑ Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: inept Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Hopefully the harshness of the NBBA schedule does not prevent me from making some serious money on him (I suspect I could make money by just flipping him over, but he happens to fit my training project perfectly. Plus I do have some scheduled losses at KDB and Bulls: I'm not ending ahead of Ice this season either, might as well set some foundations...).

I like the way you think. :) Good luck with the trainee!

I like it.

I have a similar guy that I'm trying to make some money off of, but I drafted him:
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: strong Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: atrocious

And then there's Ryan Bray, who I also drafted (not exactly an impressive DP). Going to make some money off of him as well. I figured there's so much dead money in this game, why not try to create income out of nowhere!

Jump Shot: marvelous Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: respectable
Driving: strong Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: atrocious

I'm going Look Inside, M2M. Hopefully if Piwow can avoid getting injured in the first 30 seconds again I can finally beat you.

I was out having sushi, watching the score on my phone. Saw him go up - got home and ran upstairs to see him sink two free throws to tie it. Then the clock went to 0 and the foul happened.

Heathens is my nightmare team for sure.

Congrats. I just watched the last minute on replay. Tie game, 0:00 on the clock, and my best player commits a non-shooting foul. Anyway, with my starting PF fouled-out, you would have won easily in OT. No way my backup could have stopped Friedelhausen.

I'm happy to see that my two toughest conference games are in the past.

I know what you mean, if I can beat KDB this weekend I'll obviously be thrilled. I can't be expected to win the conference if I drop either of these home games.

I'm not sure how accurate this is since I only loosely followed the game, but it seemed like 60% of your points came in the last 5 minutes of every quarter.

Bulls lost to the Bucks and John Salmons scored 26 points.

***facepalm***
