Dude, he didn't, they are not from the same country so. (and btw there is no rule for that, so he can write what he want and vote)
With that new "rule" he could vote anyway, you can't force people to say why they give a vote for someone, in the end it doesn't even matter, just let people have fun, I just say it looks funny.

What ever, its nice to see some cool logos.

Maybe we should have the possibilty to vote for more than 1 logo, e.g. 3 votes for 3 different logos (worth the same). Those votes should all have the same value.

I had really great difficulties in deciding which logo to choose this month. So I gave my vote to a guy I know. If I could I'd give my 2nd vote to Mosche Atomiche.
