Anything can be coded. You say code an appendix operation. If a human can do it, then a machine can be programmed to do it. I am under no illusion that it will be extremely difficult, but it can be done.

Just like you can not code creative thinking. Machine can not adapt, it bases everything on "experiences coded" it can not produce new ideas.

That's not true. Creative thinking can be coded, we just don't know how to do it yet.

Consider the human brain, it is like a computer program. It takes in input from the world around and responds. If the human brain can think of something creative, then a computer program can theoretically be coded to do the same thing.

I simply referred to "internet/computer-related things" such as websites, applications etc, so I don't get your point.

To make your own BB you need around $20k and some kind of "storyboard" for the beginning, hire some company to code it for you. I have a friend who makes a living doing such jobs; hiring some dudes from India might cut your cost by some 50% maybe... Is such a task is impossible for you?

That is completely absurd. Nice to know I am argueing with a dreamer. There is no point to continue.

Keep watching those sci-fi movies. Teleportation, warp speed traveling spaceships, cyborgs - you name it. We have laws of physics, how living tissue reacts to "foreign" parts, no matter if it's a transplanted kidney or bone replaced with stainless steel prosthesis etc.

Please get back on topic a bit, this is going nowhere.

We know we got problems here, many updates show a small delay and sometimes games show a delay as well. We hope to fix some of these problems in offseason, but this will most certainly require some downtime, thus it's better to wait untill offseason than during the season.

Got carried away a bit. I have made my point some 20+ posts ago :D No need to drag this any longer.

I don't get what your comment has to do with anything I said. All I said was that a computer can be programmed to do anything that a human can. A computer can be programmed to learn, or to "think".

Saying that it can't be programmed is to say that Artificial Intelligence doesn't exist. Which would be ridiculous.

i am sorry??? and dont tell me i need to be patient with regards to updates etc...

I have been playing BB since season 3 and since a season or two you see updates being delayed more and more and more. this is not something that happened the last week or so.

I dont mind to wait if there is a problem... but saying these delays are small is once again relative. i dont think it is small. the updates used to happen at 10 am CET for England, now they happen 1230 CET. I have brought up this issue a few times, because there is clearly some kind off "overload" problem with the servers or something. I just asked, didnt mean any offence with my questions and always got avoiding or patronising answers from GMs or BB developers or got no reply at all or have been told to be "patient".

you dont need to be an IT wizard to sense something isnt running smoothly, I am really no IT wizard, but I have played many many other games like this one before. And i havent played a single game where updates etc were being delayed as extremely as in BB. some games have no delays whatsoever. as in the past some people on these forums said in hattrick they have more money so they can fix things better, well they have more people playing too, so i am certain more problems too.

I understand that for the BB developers this is more a hobby than a job and I can understand this isnt their main priority in life, but atleast acknowledge you have a problem, but say you cant fix them right now for whatever reason, than to continuesly avoid the issue and/or act like you have no problem. I can assure you from a customer point off view (and they arent stupid believe me, i am a customer service expert) this patronising behaviour is worse.

Coming back to the delays, I can live with them, I can say I spend many hours on BB, probably too many, but I can wait a few hours, but the delays are becoming longer and longer and this not being acknowedlge as being a problem is unacceptable...

good luck fixing the game view issues and the delays and I am sure you can fix them in the off season. other games dont have these delays, so why should BB have them...

(waiting for the patronising answers)

How old are you exactly? Go read about AI and the problem they have on all of the sub levels. There is no AI similar to human brain, not even near to it...
