i havent read thru this whole thread, but this seemed a good example of how the new transfer rules will fail to address this problem.

If they had enacted the change to enthusiasm it would have affected the overall team. If each sold player is a loss of a level of enthusiasm it would have an impact on the whole team.

In this case, a lost level of GS to an overpriced crappy player likely doesnt make a difference.

Might be a good idea to report these cases. Also please note that all cheating is not punished by banning.
You may want to consider rewording that....

Also please note that all cheating is not punished by banning.

A sincere question:
When frequent cheating over a long period of time doesn't result in a ban... what's the downside to cheating? Seems like there is none. In fact, cheating seems pretty appealing! (morals aside).

Might be a good idea to report these cases.

They had been reported multiple times. Nothing was done. That's why they bragged publicly. The motivations of those reporting cheaters is sometimes questioned more than the actual teams cheating! (i wish i was allowed to elaborate on that...)

I honestly have no idea what you're arguing then? In this post or your last post.
always i was fined was for players who i put in TL at 1 ... how can i avoid that? i dont understand why people bid so much, but they do it

Clearly wasn't talking about teams like you. I'm talking about teams repeatedly listing $1k scrubs starting at $500,000 ... not at $1. No one is bidding those players up. As they set the sale price themselves.

It's great if you reported yourself & took a fine. Not sure how any of that is relevant to what i originally wrote though?

You didn't really understand, but that's ok.

His words, literally, meant that "no one gets punished for cheating."

Frequent cheating over a long period of time results in a ban. The point is that a single, minor case may not. Such a case sometimes results in a fine.
