yeah it indeed is very unfortunate. This is a monsterplayer at that age. to bad he can't improve his Id and Blocking skills much anymore.

looking god as well, however this one has a weakness. If opponent plays pressing it might get hurtfull, otherwise it should be okay.

I'm not sure how others think , but I'd be training this guy blocking for at least a few weeks now so that skill can catch up.

If it stays behind that much, the other skills will slow down in training as well. I'd bring it up 2 levels and then continue the other insides again...

Continue to train them but you should begin the Inside Defence ^^.

indeed, and seeing his length he is too short to develop as a PF (too bad as he indeed had the potential) so he will need to become a SF, and I am just starting to train a player as a SF for the NT, who also has about the same wage, and who only is 18 years old... with a lvl 6 trainer. SO chances are small this player will get better then mine, and if there are 2 more people training SFs for the NT, then I think this one, even though a very good SF, will not be as good as the ones that started training at 18...
