It's interesting, when I click on the forums it has a link to my old division Canada - IV.4 forums. Maybe it's just not updated yet.. Mods should I worry that I didn't get my money yet or is this normal?

You will have to unclick your old division as a favourite, and click on your new for yourself.

Nope. I have all forums of top 3 levels of my country marked as favourite, so ...
