slow down, boys. he's in div. v right now -- even if he moves up next season, this guard will still be a star at that level. with some training, he'll still have his weaknesses, certainly, but he'll be quite passable (and shootable and defensible) at div. iv -- he's got two years of semi-quick training left. he could end up strong at all the key skills -- not a bad div. iv player.

but low i making him worth additional money, and after it he had to put him out of training if possible - so a training switch with more talented players on a low "level" isn't lucrative too.

look he came into the BB when he was 19 years old and this is his second season.. ii didnt even get him until the 11/19/09 which ii think that is the second half of season 10... so im goiing to keep him until he's about 24.. so he's going to be a problem in BB.. ii have a lvl 6 trainer so he's going to be getting his skills up along wit my boii Gansler.. so get ready to hear about them...

look he came into the game at "19" (its not that good) years old but he is still a mediorce trainee and always will be. being one of the best PG in the game.. sorry but please look up PGs with 30k-50k salary (I doubt very much your PG will reach that level)... and they are still not remotely close to being best PGs in BB.

he 's an fine player, just not one of those unstoppable monster.
U can always felt in love with ur player, but the world wouldn't wait for u and him to development.

and by the way, a lv6 trainer may be a bit expensive for a 2nd year GM

I am not sure about that actually, but thats depend on your teams goal. If your goal is to win, then lvl4 trainer/2 positions is the best for you. If you want to train an NT player then lvl 6 trainer sounds fine for me.

What i love on this game are the several choices that we have.

I'm with Johnny here. lvl 4 is the best if you want to compete and do a bit of training.

Consider this:
-I've been told (based on others experiences) that the difference between lvl 4 and lvl 5 trainer is an extra 2-3 weeks worth of training for the season so thats probably an extra pop in a skill or maybe 2 if you're lucky

-You are paying 45k a week for a lvl 5 trainer. A lvl 4 trainer will cost you probably 15k (probably even less). So that is an extra 30k per week over a season of 14 weeks is like $420k. If you believe that an extra 1-2 pops is worth an extra $420k, then that is all fine, but I personally don't think an extra 1-2 pops to trainees is worth the extra $420k

Now why not take the 420k and go buy another player instead that would immediately help your team?
