its a petty even game,u have better setting and he has better players
at the end, ur opponent got the killer 3 that ice the game

i think it come down to scoring efficient, he got 32fg, u got 24, that means he got the ball to his PF and go from there, while u are counting on u pg's hand feel

You fouled more than he did so he got more FT than you. And also a major point is that he got 8 more 3 pointers than you.

That is a tough loss to take. I reckon if you played him again you would beat him.

However, with that said, he did CT you and he has played TIE in a number of games before that game against you so his enthusiasm must have been pretty high to begin with.

You should be able to beat him no problem if enthusiasm was the same

Thanks but that's the obvious facts. What I don't get is 1-3-1 and I played LI, I supposed to smash his defense into pieces but couldn't. His center compared to my C + PF, I don't think he could have fended my offence alone (not even C.T).

notice my assists is less than normal. Could it because my guards can't pass the ball inside because he put more pressure on the outside with 1-3-1? I

Well the main reason you won the game is that he let you shoot with 2-3 defense. I think i read some thread about a open shot is an open shot, which means your player can shot freely from outside. Plus that a jump shot can be easily made or scored because of his defense. And another reason is your defense which makes him difficult to score. And last factor is your home court advantage. If those 3 factor was not present i think youll lose the game. Your opponent was more skilled than your players. You were just lucky with 3 factors on your side. Too bad for your opponent he chose the wrong tactic. And he over looked your homecourt advantage. I think if he went to a man to man defense youll surely lose the game. Just look at the scores. It was tight, eventhough your defense is 3-2 zone.
