Yeah, that was the point I was trying to make, although with limited success. The training speed post is not 100% correct but it's a good guideline for new players to have an idea of how long skills take to go up + what secondary skills are affected

i find the training times sometimes a bit weird, and in this particular case misleading ;) I never saw a guard who takes four weeks for driving with 2 pos handling training(2 more often even if it not work after this thread), and also the until things are often misleading because in lot case you could say that it very close to a border.

But the secondaries are great, even if i doubt the driving aspect(without handling?!) for ID training.

I'm planning to train HN but I would like to hear some of your experience on this.

I prefer to go with HN instead of one on one because I don't want my players to continue rise in JS in this phase of my training and I do need some of OD that HN might contribuite to.

I have 3 key players to train (so 1 pos of HN seems the natural choice) but I could put 3 more that wouldn't be harmed with it. My question would be around the difference between 2 pos and 1 pos for HN, how much difference did you noticed?

mmh i would think they pop around a half week faster in handling, don't know if they make different contribution in it or that it just make the difference through the longer trainign time of OD but those ups are very rare with two position(but you won't get alot with one position either)

Thanks for it, maybe I'll try a mix between 1 o 2 pos.
