Ok...In fact i expected something like that and just hoped for something more specific.

last time i trained game shape almost ever player form my team had GS 9(~80%), and some of that got bad minutes before.(with good starting gs)

i have had guys that only ever play 48 minutes in the scrimmage reach high level gameshape at least strong - but i cant swear that they have become proficient - does anyone know?
