If you don't mind me asking, what are the salaries of each of your staff?

totally agree with naker, there is no way you could justify spending that much on staff unless they were like all level 6.

downgrade your staff or replace them or something but do it either quickly or when you have some stockpiled cash so that you can afford going into debt because of the severance fee

i see a stff salary around 42k, this means 14k in average for every staff member which should be a good value for level 4 staff.
So i don't see the trouble with it^^

I pay 45k to my 3 staff but is that too much in devision 2? I have superior doctor, advanced trainer and advanced PR manager. I think the superior doctor is helping me a lot because I had 3 cases in this season where a player got injured during the game but actually recovered as soon as the match ended and was able to participate in the next match.
India is a really small country (in BB ofc) with only about 45 players being active. My weekly net income is currently about 140k so if I get competent lvl staff, then I might as well be able to make more than 150k. Should I or should I not?

I don't think a div 5 team needs all level 4 staff though.

140k a week profit is plenty no need to change your staff in my opinion.

Well in fact, several weeks ago, my weekly profit was only about 70k. My total staff salary was about 75 k, so I replaced all with cheaper ones. And also I'm spending all my money on arena expansion these days, so my weekly net income has increased rapidly within the last 3 weeks.

I would get a level 2 pr manager with one of the specialties. You are in div 2 with a small arena that is going to sell out without a PR manager. I think you don't need the PR manager.

Can local players be considered someone that played in a team in your league previously?

I happened to be lucky enough to find a bot player sale from a team in my league, that happened to be from like season 8, but looking at the history of sales, determined he was from a fellow league member originally. He is a decent player (top 2-3 in my team position) and his age did not matter so I bought him.

and...
My merch sales went up by 1.5K last week with him playing some.

Coincidence?
