I think the no. of supporters is rising and rising

The user base has been stagnant for awhile. What are you basing this on? I don't know how anyone other then the BB's could know this.

That's about three jump-to-conclusions past what i was asking.

Someone is saying something that alludes to the amount of revenue BB is taking in (where did this info come from?) and using said info as a reason that there should be fewer bugs.

wow guy's, relax. if their is aproblem, i'm pretty sure that you'll all be getting an explanation soon and the training will be run shortly after. so try to relax about it. no reason to get stressed.

if you have read the news, then it say's that the BB-team is currently a bitt shorthanded, due to the movement of 2 of the most experienced BB's. So in the event that something does not work, please have some patience. they have always tried to give us the best service that they could, and the latest post say's that they intend on hiring a few new guy's to fill the gap left by the 2 BB's that are in the midst of their movmement.

The post also said that they wanted to keep investing in BB, and to keep expanding it. so PLEASE do not post such things as you just have done above. the BB team will keep working on bugs and flaws. but because they are a bitt shortstaffed at the moment, let's al bear with them and show them our patience. i know it's hard having patience, but they have always worked really hard on any problem that they faced. their is no reason why that would change right now.

ps: i'm guessing that training ahsn't worked anywhere, since i don't see any pops in the NT, nor do i see any GS changes either. but again, just calm down and be patient. if their is a problem, then it will be solved as soon as possible.

The same situation applies to your opponent. You have the option to set your team now. Its not like you will get an injury between now and tip off. If you buy a player you can include him as well.

The ONLY thing you cant see that might influence your decision is Gameshape. You know your training (not results) but you can factor in the likely improvement you will have given those players. Go out and get drunk - its friday night where you are!!

For me is acceptable to have no new features for few seasons if the team is understaffed. But serious bugs should be solved as soon as possible even with the current staff.
The communication of the problems has got worse for last few months even if there are 2 BB's that was named especially as public relation BB's. For me is most serious to have no info than waiting few hours for fixing. On the other hand there are a lot of permanent bugs that occure again and again.
I'm really worry about future of this game because all things including patience has some limits. And the understaffed team is not the only problem at the moment.

That is most certainly what the BB team tries to achieve.

While I don't agree with this statement, I think there is one obvious explanation for what you may be seeing. When you work on something, you know when and what you can communicate. Going through a second person will only slow the communication some. Instead of one gate, you have two gates for the information. For communicating on bugs, this can easily mean additional delays. As the game gets bigger and as the team gets bigger (+ more and more people work in different locations), it becomes more beneficial to take that extra time in some cases, basically to let people work on what they do best.

Overall, I think the communication has improved in areas where one can expect the extra people to contribute. Communicating on bugs and delays has remained quite unchanged in my experience. It may have slowed down a bit in some cases, but also become more thorough in others.

The training updates will run late today, since we had some things running late from yesterday. We are doing what we can but I wouldn't hold my breath for the training, because if things continue to run at the pace they are, we're looking at a couple more hours until we get the training updates.
