I only drafted Lundy because I was in D5 otherwise someone else would have grabbed him like the 5star/5star/6'0" PG in my draft this year.

Yeah, because unlike all the other potential U-21'ers out there, I started with Gardner on my team, and didn't 1-position him until the all-star break, so I'm quite pleased where he is at, when you think about his late start.

I do not understand your problem? Be glad that you have started out in DV and if you do not promote use your time to learn the game .Training, money management, cup games etc. I started out in DV picked up my team 3/4 of the way thru the season won the relegation series and stayed in DV won the title and was promoted to DIV. Guess what happened? I finished 5th and I am sure that I will not do any better this year. The reason , You guessed it I did not take the time to learn how to train my players the right way. So don,t get down, just use your time wisely so that when you do promote you can contend right away. It is a shitty feeling to play in a season when you know that it will take a miracle to make the play offs.
Good luck and hang in there this is a great game to play.

It will be a miracle if I am still in Division IV next season. I wish I had another season in division V to get my team ready. Now I am looking at relegating, then hopefully bouncing back up after season 15. And by that time I am sure I will have some salary issues with my trainees. All in all, I wish I had one more season in division V.

I really do not understand why anyone would want to start in Level IV. First, I would much rather earn my promotion (and get that trophy), then just be there. Also, there are some really tough Level IV leagues...if a team can't win their DV league, whats makes them think they are going to win anything in DIV? 2 of the 4 DV teams that promoted into my DIV league didn't even win their championship series. They are going to get SMOKED in our league. There are 2 or 3 players whose salary is greater than some of their entire rosters.

I used my time in DV to build a team, establish a training system, learn the nuances of BB, and was on my way up when I moved into DIV. I made it into one of the toughest DIV leagues in USA, but kept up my training, saving money, building my arena, & roster. My team, and my oginization as a whole was significantly better by the end of the season than it was when the season started. I pulled of a big upset in the playoffs, and ended up going to the Championship where I lost to a very good team, that will do quite well in DIII.

I have to say, if you didn't earn your way to a promotion, and think you should have been promoted...well, that tells me that clearly there are still aspects of this game you still need to learn. Take the time you have in DV again, to learn the things that you didn't learn the first time around.

I have a buddy who made it the championship his first season in DV. He lost and had to go back to the same league again. But like I said earlier, he did all the things he was supposed to do; built a training program, built his arena, saved money and improved his roster. As a result, he was the very last DV team left in the cup last season, and the amount of DIV teams was down to 5 or so when he was eliminated. He went 22-0 in league play, crushed everyone he played, and now that he is in DIV, he has a legit team, and more importantly legit orginization.

Now for him, the question is not whether he will do well enough to stay in DIV, but how deep he will go in the playoffs!

i started in D.V at the end of S11 and then in S12 I made the playoffs but I was still learning about the game. Now last season I should have won my division, but I got upset in the semifinals... but now I am kinda happy that I have another season to train my guys and get better players and now I am setting up my roster for D.IV and I can hopefully dominate my league.

now if I were in D.IV and got demoted the first season I would probably have quit because I was bad and wouldve gotten owned...
