It's of course good if we can have a strong and united community here to safeguard and improve our U-21 and NT players. On the other hand, foreign teams owning our precious players may not be a bad thing altogether. Some of these foreign teams are so committed to training the player that they've gone the length of employing expensive top notch coaches as well as being very disciplined in the training regiment.

BB is different from Hattrick at this moment coz the team owners are more committed to training while teams in Hattrick nowadays are more mercenary in nature. But I do agree with Kwaiwah as in that we need a group of committed team owners, hopefully with cash as well. Setting a TB (training base) program is not difficult and right now it will not be big coz our community is still small and with little resources.

Last 2 seasons I tried looking for a young guard from Malaysia but at that period, none was available so I ended up with an Argentinian boy. He's been tracked by his country's U-21 at the moment. But there's a local good potential available this season, I will trade the Argentinian for him.

Maybe this is partly where the problem lies.

Now is the time to focus on the new generation of trainees not those which are already over 22 and in the senior NT.
A little improvisation to a player or two won't make THAT much of a difference.

If a large pool of under 21s are started being trained in proper fashion now, the U21s and NT will benefit in future. It's time to start from the young trainees.

And Terfu, maybe some new managers are unaware of how to properly train their trainees. What about the Mentorship Program? Was it something that was talked about in the forums but not properly conducted?

im sorry for not contributing much in NT and U21 recently due to my strategy now, im working hard to have a more balanced & competitive enough team in MBBA to compete the championship. But my strategy is coming to the last season now, i will shift my focus to young trainees and single position next season onwards, either inside or outside players....just let me know what i can do to help now...thanks

Yeah. Pretty nice. Just an average trainee though. Sad no local trainees at that time. Bummer. :(

But sad to see a team buying foreign trainees at high prices when there are high talent/level local trainees at lower prices that FIT into their training plan. :(

lol... perhaps :)

bo bian... small countries are like that... smaller player base... so its harder to find decent trainees I guess...

Otherwise I would prob jus sell this HOF... despite his lame starting skills...
