Actually last second bidding works against me. When I have to wait 3 minutes for the other guy to bid, I loose my focus and start surfing my mail or another game. Then 10 minutes later I realize, I've forgotten about the transfer.

Kinda pricey but you're good with cash since you can't seem to focus long enough to spend it.

My pet peeves include:

1. Waiting for training only to find out that it has been delayed.
2. Waiting for training only to find out that none of my players got any pops.
3. Losing a game that is tied with 0 seconds on the clock by a player making a play that is impossible in real life.
4. Bidding on a player near the end of the auction and counting down the time until he is yours only to find that someone bid on him at the very last second.
5. All injuries.
6. Finding a really good player to buy on the transfer list and then forgetting to bid on him.
7. Losing an away game and knowing my fans will not show up at my next home game.
8. Seeing my Centers and Power Forwards taking lots of 3 pointers.
9. Seeing my players miss crucial free throws.
10. Drawing a really hard team in the cup in the first round.
11. Spending lots of money on scouting and getting no good draftees.
12. Players selling for less than they should due to a bug preventing people from bidding.
13. Seeing managers ask questions that are answered in the FAQ/Guide and Game Manual.

Trying to find information in the forums but stymied by poor search tool options and having to navigate a time sucking forum layout.

Funny comments about last minute bids. I think it is a sympton of the younger want it now crowd. Sorry folks, that is how auctions work. Was at a real auction the other day and put in a bid on a mower at the "going twice" moment. Did that several times and the other guy wanted to actualy get in a fight about it. He ended up getting arrested by the cops when he pushed a cop because of his temper got out of control.

Till the gavel goes down, any and all bids are valid! DEAL WITH IT!

P.S. I won the mower.Sold it in parking lot for 10 bucks more. Drinking the good beer for the Coke 600 tonight!!!
