But even if there are 5-7 new spots,this team does not stand a chance to qualify through bot cleanup coz his record is not that good,currently his record is 12-7 which is a bit too much bad to qualify...

No, I wasn't only telling Schmaltzynator, but to everybody else that may stand a chance to promote due to bot cleanup. Sorry I forgot to click "Everybody" before posting.
