Do I look like a BB? How exactly can I fix it? I did offer a suggestion, what more do you expect me to do? In fact, what more can I do? Please tell me..

There was no attitude, and apologies to Jasenjin for if it came across that way (and to you reddaddy). It has already been noted that this problem exists in a different thread, I was offering a work around as that currently is the only possible thing to do.

P.S - I still stand by my statement that the manual is useless though. And anyone who quotes it should read the forums and learn of existing problems/bugs before taking the manual as gospel, it's not ideal I know, but it's the only thing you can do.

It is all water under the bridge. But I will say this, people should not find about things like this by surfing through endless sea of threads and user reports - this is something that should have been addressed on BB News Wall a long time ago. And as for the manual, BB should change it until adequate solution to the problem is found.
The least BB could do, however, is to promptly respond to questions of their users here on forums, I think.
