And the side effects with the system i suggested are..?

(Not saying there aren't any just i believe the dimension of trading being added to the game outweighs the possible cheating loophole..which i still believe is very slim given the restrictions I've suggested)

You need too players with the same value(or packages), wo both GM desire the one from opposing team i think at least that it rare - which lead to mostly unfair trades for one side or just waist of time looking through the avaible players.

And i miss the advantages, from a trade betwen selling a player you don't want anymore, and reinvesting that money in a player you want from avaible player from 50.000 teams instead one which should raise the likelihood that you really want him.

I disagree...this would mean that trading in the NBA is pointless which it isn't. I'll give you a scenario.

Team 1 (Div. 1) is rebuilding.

Team 2 i(Div. 3) is pushing to improve their team and promote.

Team 1 trades best player (40-60 k salary)

Team 2 trades HOF pot. prospect

Team 1 gains the future face of their franchise that will be instrumental in promoting to the next level as quickly as possible.

Team 2 gains an instrumental piece to the puzzle in promoting very soon.

Both teams are now in a better position as Team 1 has a new player that will be useful in Div. 1 someday and Team 1 has the player they believe they need to get to Div. 2.

but trades in the nba ain't easy, training is something which happens automatically for every player in your roster and most important you have gm who work full time and had multiple helpers who are qualified to make best decision and don't want to make 'em in 5 min or come on the idea to help the other team.

And also there i would say, with transfer money, you would get fairer deals, instead of just using player and a hard process to find even an ok deal.

Another very important deal is, the pool of nBA talent basketball player is very very small and good to overlook in comparision to BB.

Remember P.Gasol trade? These would be daily trades in BB.
