massive ad campaign to attract South African users?

it's a drama.I was a scout for SA U21 team some seasons ago,and there yet were really few teams,we try to convince users to advertise the game and we obtained only a small increase in the number of users,that then left the game...

Hello,

I just came back from two months in namibia and whilst I was there I convinced a Brazilian friend who lives in Windhoek to join BB. He joined the South African league, received a team on Division II and has just been promoted to Division I. The name of his team is Tiririca. Please contact him, I believe he would be glad to hear from you.
