I just wish there was a program like the salary calculator as i dont have excel.

There is one on buzzer manager, but the formula used is old, maybe we can write to the webmaster...

and i put an Open office version (not tested), which is a free software doing almost the same things than Excel and anybody can download it.

You asked for potential calculator not in excel.
So it's potential calulator, not in excel, result means reached potential.
You can do with results everything You want (for example You can plan training for Your players or check whether player is capped, etc).
