Generally Coach Parrot is very accurate in predicting the team ratings on a game by game basis, and in enthusiasm calculation.

It's not super accurate when it comes to predicting training results, but it's not bad.

I think the salary calculator isn't fully updated for the recent changes to the salaries. Sounds like Joesef Ka is still working on figuring that out.

The tool is very accurate, but it doesn't count the sublevels of skills as the match engine does.

No, there is no relation.

Well I know theres a big debate around what skills is rquired for every position, so if this tool is very accurate shouldn't we just follow it?

then say with which ratings you win and with which ratings you loose?

And overall i think the team ratings are a bit messed up(afaik not even changed wth the "new" engine).
Passing and Handling of the big guys don't impact the offensiv flow, but are they really unimportant for the outcome?

Team ratings don't mean very much to me. They are nice to look at, but sometimes show a distorted picture. Take a look at this match:

(36137703)

Here I put my two SGs on SF and PF position, while C was on SG position (he has Prominent Passing). Team ratings of course show bad Outside and Inside shooting, but I managed to draw more than 10 fouls with two SGs only while my C had 16 asissts. despite all 17 tries for 3 missed, I still had 45% shooting which is not bad.
